This form is already completed with all risks identified within the workplace that the operator may have influence or control over.
The main purpose of the fatigue obligation under the HVNL is to ensure & reduce Fatigue in the workplace and to ensure that rosters and schedules are appropriate to Driver requirements for adequate rest and to perform tasks according to the law.
Schedulers are to also factor in potential delays in loading/unloading.
Fatigue Management training for drivers and schedulers/allocators is conducted during the initial employee induction and staff training as drivers/staff are aware of their Fatigue Management requirements in the workplace. By implementing controls, it ensures a safe workplace for its Workers/Drivers, Staff Members and most significantly, the community and other road users.
