FORM 33 Detailed Risk Assessment – Verification of Records
This form is already completed with all risks identified within the workplace that the operator may have influence or control over.
The main purpose of the Verification of Records is to occur to determine the accuracy of the records and confirmation that the worker/driver and vehicle have performed the work as per the records being verified.
The process of verification is to occur and can be based on a sampling technique (sampling part of the records) as a record that the operator is performing an internal review to eliminate any possible breach and verify the accuracy of hard and soft copy records.
By implementing controls, it ensures a safe workplace for its Workers/Drivers, Staff Members and most significantly, the community and other road users.
