Elite Compliance Consulting offers Service Level Agreements and compliance documentation to better assist in engaging and managing Subcontractors within your business operation
As part of a Subcontractor Management Procedure, all subcontractors are expected to submit supporting documents and records as per FORM 44 – Subcontractor Prequalification Questionnaire. Once these documents have been reviewed and approved by your business, a Service Level Agreement will then be sent to the subcontractor from your business to legally bind your working arrangement.
The Subcontractor will be required to provide the information requested of them, in the case that a Subcontractor can’t provide the information requested of them they may be required to be inducted into your Chain of Responsibility Management System to be compliant, with some ongoing training required.
- A prequalified subcontractor that is on a current period contract may be engaged immediately by any authorised person subject to the terms of their contract.
- Before beginning any work a prequalified or satisfactorily assessed subcontractor can be offered a job specific contract. In particular, this applies to work that has special requirements outside the normal scope or shows a high level of risk.
- Urgent, one-off engagements, may be done by Purchase Order subject to: a satisfactory assessment, approval by the Director, acceptance of standard contract terms and conditions and close supervision by your businesses Directors and/or nominated person(s).
Work completed by an engaged Subcontractor shall be directed and monitored by your business’s management.
