FORM 34 Workplace Inspection Checklist

This resource is to be utilised to record and maintain record of any workplace inspections undertaken on a worksite.

The inspection should involve more than one person and the area being inspected is to be assessed with consideration to work health and safety obligations, environmental awareness to the processes occurring at the site OR the required inspection and improvement as observed when the site is operational.
