FORM 19 Vehicle Permits and Allowable Axle Mass Limits Register

This register is to be populated with permit and device information as supplied, and the allowable axle and gross mass limits (per concession E.g. GML / CML / HML / QML) for each vehicle or configuration accredited under the NHVAS and/or WAHVA Mass Management System Module.

Each column applicable will require information to be recorded to ensure all data is captured and most importantly, the recorded date ranges as set by NHVR or MOVES.
A review date is to be predetermined at least 3 months prior to the expiry of permit issued, and this form assist in this occurring.
