This may include documents such as external procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Safe Operating Procedures (SOP), any client specific documents etc., as well as any laws, regulations, Codes of Practice (COP), or other statutory obligations applicable to state/s operating in.

The Operator/Business is to review this System Documents & Legislative Register periodically with ongoing monitoring, to ensure system documents & legislation applicable to state/s operating in remain current & aligned with the needs of The Operator/Business. This is to be reviewed as part of the internal review when conducted, and this record must be retained for auditing and statutory record keeping purposes.
