FORM 20 Service Scheduling Register

This form will assist in the scheduling of routine maintenance for vehicles and/or configurations. This allows for the recording of vehicle information (Trailers can be recorded with Trucks if serviced as a combination). Furthermore, the Service Intervals for the vehicles and/or configurations can be recorded here also to assist in the scheduling of this.
All services are to be recorded in each column and all details are to be completed, including observations of other faults or repairs needed. Next projected services can be recorded in the sections provided.
